I made the recipe I listed on the Crock Pot Gals post (below) for Balsamic Chicken. Simple and delicious! Once finished, I tossed it with bow tie pasta. To add a little more pizaazz I stirred in some fresh spinach, which wilted on it's own, and topped with parm cheese on each individual serving. However, it was also excellent with feta cheese too. This would be really good using fresh herbs too. Very versatile, very easy, very good!
