I am not a baker. I love to cook...but my oven and I don't really get along too well. I followed the recipe to the "T" which is hard for me to do (another reason I like to cook). These are supposed to be "Betty Crocker's Scottish Shortcakes." 3 ingredients - seemed easy enough. Had the little haystack sign to indicate this is a Crocker Classic. Yeah, well, I should have known since it seemed too easy. I have to say though that the crumbs really do taste good. Every year it is the same story but I keep going back for more. I will post pictures of my attempt at rolled out sugar cookies tomorrow.
