Who is...?

I always write on the back of ornaments the year they were received, who gave them to us, and who it was given to.  As we were putting up our Christmas tree last night, Kate asked, "Who is Chin a (she pronounced it with a short i sound and the /a/ as a short u sound)?"  You can see where I am headed!  The sticker said, "Made in China."
