Never actually had Chicken Pot Pie before I saw friends posting about it on FB and decided I needed to try it. What was never quite appealing to me were the mixed veggies and all the gravy, so I decided I would need to tweak a recipe to fit my liking. My friend filled me in on the basics of her recipe. I must say - YUM!
a bag of frozen mixed veggies
(I am not a 'brand snob' but I used Birds Eye and they were perfect)
1/2 of a rotisserie chicken
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 garlic clove
salt/pepper
top with biscuits from a can
Bake at 350 until looks yummy and golden!
