I am really loving the whole picture frame "crafts".  I have made several more since this one.  They are perfect little gifts for people who have had babies, birthdays, special events, etc.  This week I was reading Under the Table & Dreaming  and the author had a tutorial on how to make crepe paper streamer flowers.  PS: There is a link to the "how to" on my IDEAS page.  One of my best girlies just had a baby girl so I wanted to make her a frame and embellish it with one of these marvelous flowers.  Seriously, I was amazed at how easy and beautiful it looked...

The frame was from the Dollar Store.

The crepe paper was from the Dollar Store.

The picture was printed at home.

I sewed the picture onto scrapbook paper.

The scrapbook paper is gorgeous as it is an embossed print.

The scrapbook paper was given to the girls.
