Spread 1/2 or a little more of the dough in the bottom of an 8x8 pan (or whatever works for you).
Mix 1/2 c. sugar, 8 oz cream cheese, and 1 egg. Spread over cookie dough.
Sprinkle chunks of remaining cookie dough over the cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
