Happy Resurrection Day!

Death does not have a hold on me.  My Savior Lives!  He is sitting on His throne!  And yet, I matter to Him!  Incredible!  I didn't get to be a part of the worship service as I have been teaching the 4-5 year class at church.  It is amazing how God works through these precious babes to speak truth and love to us.  Each week we ask the children if anyone wants to pray.  Here are some those prayers....

"Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you so much for our wonderful teachers..."
"Dear God, Thank you for this whole world.  Thank you for Jesus."
"Dear God, Thank you for a yummy snack."
"Dear Lord, please lay your healing hands on my sister..."

After church we enjoyed ham, macaroni & cheese (Thank You Mr. Alton Brown for the recipe), mandarin orange salad, and coconut cake (Thank You Ms. Paula Deen for the recipe) with my parents and Scott's mother.  It was a nice time of fellowship!
