Personalized Signature

I have a new, fun personalized signature!!
It's easy to add and you can customize one quick and easily!

Here's the 411 on how to add your own Signature!
First jump on over to:
Online Personal Signature Maker!

Follow the easy step by step instructions! They will walk you through all your options! You can even scan your own handwriting in or search their endless options! I searched their options and had over 100 styles to chose from!

Style, size, color, and tilt are all up to you! Talk about Customized!

My one recomendation is to click the "Transparent" option when picking your background color! That way if you ever change the color of your blog background it will seamlessly translate and you don't have to redo it!

Once you have created a fabulous signature get the html code! There will be a button to create it! Now we need to add it to our blog and place it in a spot that will AUTOMATICALLY have it in every post!

*Go to your dash board
*Click the "Settings" Button
*Find the "Formatting "Button and click it!
*Locate the "Post Template" and you'll notice a box to it's right.
*Paste the html code for your signature in this box!
*Save your settings!

And there you go!!! Your very own Customized Signature!
Now wasn't that easy!

{creating}

Well, I have been busy creating some Christmas presents.  I can't post pictures quite yet on some of these presents but here are some cards/recipe cards I plan to give as gifts.

Surprise!!

Grandma Connie couldn't make it to Kate's program so I invited her to surprise the girls for their classroom parties!  Here is a picture of Anna with her teacher, Mrs. Meyer.  I love the girls' teachers this year!

Being Neighborly

Every year since we have lived here we have delivered Christmas goodies to our neighbors.  This year the goodie menu included my infamous peanut clusters, iced sugar cookies, and peanut blossoms.

Christmas Program

I love the school music programs, especially Christmas ones. I have to say, I am always very impressed with the programs at our school. The music teacher is awesome and does an incredible job putting together a program that has substance. Here are a few pics...

.
There is always one little person that doesn't quite follow along like the others. We all remembered this little guy, who isn't quite so little if we are honest, from last year. You just gotta love kids programs...especially the little ones.
.
Before the program the school hosted a Grandfriends reception so grandparents could meet the teacher, see the classroom, and peruse the tidbits the students have made.  Here is a picture of her letter to Santa.  Precious, precious, precious and absolutely priceless!

Terrific Turkey

Okay...this is getting posted a little late but the week of Thanksgiving I wanted one of those $0.29 turkeys from Kroger.  Long story short, I eventually got one thanks to my wonderful dad!  My friend Jaque kept talking about her wonderful recipe and I couldn't wait to try it.  Here are before and after pictures!  Let me just say....YUMMMMMMMMO!!  My family loved it!  I did the whole dinner...mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, green beans, and rolls.  To finish it off, cranberry jello dessert.  My house smelled scrumptious!

It's Christmas!

Since we have so many Christmases we attend, we try to spread them out a bit.  Here are some pics from our first Christmas with Grandpa Dave and Grandma Joy!
...the presents still in storage...
...the laying down of the rules...
...listening to Grandma read the story of Christ's birth...
...the loot...
I just LOVE their white tree!
...we are waiting Grandpa....
...is it time yet?...
Merry Christmas!

Cousins

My baby is holding and loving on my little sister's baby for the first time.

Santa Claus

The girls and I met up with my "fun" Aunt Kelie, cousin Carmen, and Aunt Kelie's best girlie Jodi at Benny's for pizza.  What a surprise to find out Santa was going to be there for a visit.  The girls were elated!!  They are sticking to the American Girl doll request - whew!

This is Jodi!  What another surprise to see she had went blonde since the last time we had seen her.  I just love this lady!  I regret I didn't get any pictures of my Aunt Kelie or Carmen.

AAAAAACCCCCCCHHHHHHH!

Okay, if you are a FB friend you will know this is my current status!  My mind is racing.  I put way too much pressure on myself, overthink situations, and well, just do too much!  I am feeling overwhelmed with all the baking I have done, sewing I have done, cardmaking I have done....and well, none of these tasks are completely finished.  I need to just sit down and make my list.  However....I kinda don't want to see the list if you know what I mean.  It could help OR it could make my head spinning worse.  Thank goodness I have all the shopping complete and all of the presents wrapped.  Perfection!  It is one of my very worst traits.  Not that I am perfect by any means, but I have such high expectations I just overdo myself and then bring my loved ones with me on the stressful ride towards my expectations.  It is utterly and ridiculously foolishness.  Bark, bark, bark, nag, nag, nag, sigh, sigh, sigh....  My poor girls last night!

Father...Come calm this anxious heart and remind me to set my focus on YOU, the Reason for this Season!  In my efforts to show Your loving kindness to others, help me to take *me* out of it and keep it all about You!  Keep my heart and mind focused on the fact it isn't "how much" or "how cute" or "how well" it's all put together.  Thank you Lord!

Blasts from the Past

As I think about Christmas, traditions, and how the years quickly pass by, I have been getting rather sentimental. So I raided my mother's picture stash to post some pics from the past. It is a wide assortment of random pictures because I fell in love with so many of these wonderful memories!
