My Husband, My Champion

Over the last year and a half the Lord has really grown in my heart a deeper and wider love for my husband.  No marriage is perfect and ours has certainly had it's bumps and bruises, but I can honestly say that I know the Lord brought us together for His purpose.  Scott is my Champion!  I am so privileged and lucky to be his wife.  He can make me smile when I don't want to.  I can get all goose-bumpy all over when he holds my hand out in public for everyone to see.  A hug from him seems to always melt away all my troubles.  I value and respect his insight and deep convictions, glad that I have finally learned how to allow him to be the leader of our family.  He is an incredible father, sensitive to the girls' needs.  It has been amazing to witness how the Lord continues to draw Scott closer to Himself, and to witness the effects of Scott's obedience.  When my heart is heavy, my emotions over the top, my words too few or usually too many, Scott is strong and steady.  He is my Champion!
