This is a bulletin board I bought for $1 at the Dollar Tree.
I painted the trim and then coated it with Mod Podge.
I also ModPodged some scrapbook paper to the corkboard, added some ribbon and a crepe paper flower and TA DA...!

I made a smaller clipboard too.
I added extra goodies found at the Dollar Tree such as stationary, notebooks, and file folders.
The gift had the touch of UNIQUENESS and only cost me $7.00 since I had the hot glue, ribbon, etc.
