At the begining of the year I would leave little post it notes in her lunch. Nothing big...sometimes just a heart or smiley face or "have a pizza-tastic day" BUT life has gotten busy and I kept forgetting. Then one day I remembered and snuck it in her lunchbox. 2 days in a row. And do you know what I found in her coat pocket...those 2 notes. She was saving them. She treasured them. And everyday for the past 3 weeks she has handed me a post it note and a pen to write her a quick note. She can't wait to see what words of love and encouragement I will give her.
That got me thinking about the love letter someone else has written me...that I often let life get in the way of. God wrote me a love letter and it is preserved for me to open everyday if I don't forget. He's got words of love and encouragement. He didn't forget to write it or send it. How many do I have sitting collecting dust around my house? Too many and too embarrased to say.

Uh yeah! After all the warm fuzzies can you say CONVICTION!!? Yep. Girlies...we love our love notes...just like our little girls or little ones. Let's treasure the Love Letter that matters most every day. Let's get into that Love letter and find the truth that will bring us encouragement and strength to get through our tough day. There is no letter like His.
