Lying

One of my daughters really struggles with lying and oh boy, is she ever so good at it.  She can lie with a straight face and act as if she truly believes herself it is the truth.  We have been working on this for awhile now.  Just recently she asked me, "Momma, did you lie when you were a little girl?"  UGH!  I can't lie can I!  ;)  "Yes honey, I struggled with lying but learned it is always best to tell the truth even when I know I might get in trouble."  So here is her prayer, "Jesus, help me not to lie.  I think you can help me because you helped Mommy.  She was a liar too when she was little."
