Birthday Blast

I took the day off on Friday and we celebrated Kate's birthday. We signed her out of school after lunch (as most instruction occurs in the morning for her class). She was shocked and was almost worried that she was in trouble when called to the office. :) Build-A-Bear here we come! The girls have asked on occassion to go to Build-A-Bear. Scott and I decided a birthday was a worthy occassion! Each girl could pick an animal and one outfit. It was the best...and the timing of the day was perfect! We all then enjoyed the play area at the mall. A little boy latched onto the girls and they played "Peek-a-Boo, Where are you?" (aka Hide & Seek). He was a doll! We talked with his mom and lo and behold she knows our friends Sean & Lacie. Small, small world! We then headed back to school to enjoy Family Fun Night sponsored by the PTO. By 8:30 we all had had our share of fun and it showed. :) Here are some pics of our fun filled day...
