Taking Time

I just bought these "My Safe Cutter" knives from PC. They are for kids and I let the girls use them tonight. My parents are flying to Florida for a wedding and blessed us with their groceries! :) Any other time it truly would have been a blessing, but I had actually gone to the grocery and our refrigerator was full. Anyhow, I got everything out and allowed the girls to be chef for the night. They had a ball cutting up their veggies for their salads. I am glad that I took the time.

Both girls were the winner of the Ultimate Salad Challenge. YUM!!

The funny picture of Anna, where she is fashionably showing off her carrot, cracks me up. Her nose has been runny so she wanted lotion to make it feel better. She absolutely MUST do it herself. :)
