Rachel and I used to work together at the online school. Some people find it hard to believe we were such close friends but I don't know why... Rachel is golden! I love her dearly! Anyhow, when we worked together we would get together at her house, also known as "The Back 40", to make strawberry freezer jam. YUMM-O!! Because of life, we hadn't seen each other or made jam in at least 3 y ears...bummer! So, we decided to take the bull by the horns and determined to get together. What a BLAST! Rachel and I started making the jam at 9:00 on Thursday night. Her husband implied we would have a long night ahead of us. I replied, "We will be done by 10:00." He laughed and was like, "Yeah right." Here is when we were finished...

We had a fabulous time and I can't help but think that it was a great time for Rachel and Emily too!
