G: I like it down but my mom makes me keep it up. She doesn't want bugs in it.
I was working with Gabe who has been having trouble with his sight words. Today he was doing great and I was having him give me a high 5 on especially hard ones. Finally he told me he didn't want to give me 5 anymore. Hahaha - little guy broke my heart! Hahahaha!
I was working with another little guy, Evan, who in January missed 31 of his sight words. Today he only missed 8 and then when we went back through the 8 he only missed 2. He would give me a high 5! ;) Anyhow, as I was congratulating him he said to me, "Do you think that is enough to pass 1st grade?"
Also, here is an update...I got a call today to SUBSTITUTE!! YEAH!!
