A School Funny

This year in our curriculum we have been learning about the names of Jesus.  Currently we are studying "I am the Vine" from John 15.  Within our studies we are learning about obedience, and how we need to remain in Him.  I asked the girls if they remembered the names of Daniel's friends who obeyed God.  They could remember the story of the fiery furnace but couldn't quite pin point the names.  Finally I saw Kate's eyes light up and I knew she had it.  Anna had declared that she would be the one to say the names but was struggling so I told Kate to whisper the answer to Anna, once Anna agreed.  She proudly announced, "Rack, Shack, & Benny!"  I started laughing.  It was so cute.  For those who might not understand, there is a Veggie Tales video that depicts this story and Rack, Shack, and Benny are the names of the characters.  I then wrote the actual names on the board and showed the girls how they came up with the names Rack, Shack, and Benny for the video version.  It was so cute!
